What You’ll Do:

• Schedule & Manage Appointments: Coordinate patient appointments efficiently, ensuring smooth flow and minimal wait times.
• Treatment Planning: Collaborate with dentists to provide detailed treatment plans and educate patients on procedures, benefits, and costs.
• Patient Support: Serve as the main point of contact for patients, answering questions and ensuring a comfortable experience from start to finish.
• Insurance Verification & Billing: Assist with verifying insurance benefits and accurately managing billing information.
• Maintain Records: Update and manage patient files with a high degree of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Customer Service: Build lasting relationships with patients, ensuring their needs are met with care and professionalism.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 1-2 years in dental (required).
• Skills: Excellent communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Positive Attitude: Friendly, empathetic, and professional demeanor.
• Technology: Comfort with dental software and general office technology.
• Team Player: Ability to work in a collaborative environment with doctors, staff, and patients.

• Minimum one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent of combination of education and experience.
