We are looking for a Patient Account Representative to complete our billing team!
Are you passionate about helping others and ready to make a difference close to home? Coulee Medical Center, a trusted rural health clinic and critical access hospital, is looking for a Patient Account Representative to join our dedicated, tight-knit team.

What You’ll Do:
Help patients understand their bills and insurance
- Work directly with Medicare and other payers to submit and follow up on claims
- Support patients and families with kindness and clarity
- Work side-by-side with a team that’s here for each other
What We’re Looking For:
Experience in healthcare billing (especially Medicare)
- Friendly, trustworthy, and eager to help
- Strong attention to detail and great communication skills
- Experience with Cerner and SSI is a plus, but not required

Benefits/Salary
Benefits Include: Medical, Dental, and Vision, 403(b) with a maximum match of 5% (match depends on years of service), Employer paid life insurance, Employer paid Long-Term Disability, Health Flex Spending Account (HFSA), Day Care Flex Spending Account (DFSA), EAP, Earned Leave accrual (.071153846/hr) & Paid Sick Leave accrual (.025/hr).
Salary Range: The wage scale for this position has been finalized for the facility including 26 steps and the selected candidate will be placed on the wage scale depending on years of experience.
