We are currently seeking a creative, passionate, and detail-oriented Pastry Chef to join our culinary team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for preparing high-quality baked goods and desserts that bring comfort and joy to our residents and guests. What You’ll Do:

• Create and serve a variety of pastries and desserts that meet dietary needs and exceed expectations.
• Ensure food quality, appearance, and presentation standards are consistently met.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and kitchen organization.
• Demonstrate efficiency, speed, and accuracy in food preparation and production.
• Support meal service and dishwashing operations as needed.
• Connect with residents to gather feedback and continuously improve the dining experience.
• Represent the community with warmth and professionalism, creating a positive and welcoming environment.

What You’ll Bring:

• High school diploma required; culinary degree preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in baking, pastry, or restaurant/senior living kitchens.
• Strong understanding of baking techniques and dietary compliance.
• Passion for hospitality and serving others with excellence.
