Lauderdale BMW of Pembroke Pines is looking for an organized, motivated, and reliable Parts Shipper and Receiver to become an essential part of our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pull parts from stock and deliver them to technicians promptly.
• Stock incoming parts and process returns efficiently.
• Unload parts delivery trucks and ensure inventory is properly organized.
• Assist service technicians in identifying and selecting parts required for ongoing repairs.
• Answer phones for the parts department, particularly when the front counter is busy.
• Maintain a professional, friendly, and efficient demeanor when interacting with customers both in person and over the phone.
• Keep the front and rear counter areas clean, organized, and clutter-free.
• Stay up-to-date on new products, parts, and product updates.
• Adhere to all company safety policies and report any accidents immediately to a manager or supervisor.
