Here is what you will be doing:

• Assist retail customers, service technicians, and wholesale clients with parts selection, pricing, and order processing

• Answer incoming phone calls, respond to online sales and website inquiries, and ensure timely, professional communication

• Support wholesale accounts by processing orders efficiently and building lasting relationships

• Bill parts to Repair Orders (ROs) as requested by Service Advisors and maintain accurate records

• Perform inventory control duties, including stock checks, returns, and organization of parts

• Handle warranty parts and core returns as needed

• Collaborate closely with service, sales, and accounting teams to ensure smooth department operations

• Maintain a clean, organized, and customer-friendly parts counter area

 

Here is what you will need:

• High School Diploma/GED is required

• Previous automotive parts counter experience required (Toyota or dealership experience preferred)

• Strong knowledge of automotive systems and parts terminology

• Excellent communication, organization, and multitasking skills

• Customer-first mindset with a positive and professional attitude

• Proficient computer skills; experience with CDK or similar DMS a plus

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
