What You’ll Do:

• Assist customers and service technicians in selecting and ordering the right parts for their vehicles.
• Manage parts inventory and ensure the availability of parts for timely repairs.
• Provide expert knowledge on Ford parts and accessories.
• Maintain strong relationships with both internal team members and customers, ensuring exceptional service at every interaction.

What We’re Looking For:

• Prior experience in automotive parts or customer service is preferred.
• Strong communication skills with a passion for helping customers.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of Ford parts and accessories is a plus, but we’re willing to train the right candidate!
