What You'll Do:
As a Parts Advisor, you’ll be the connection between our service team, technicians, and customers — helping ensure every vehicle receives the right part at the right time. You’ll play a key role in keeping our service operations smooth, efficient, and professional.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Welcome and assist customers and vendors in person and over the phone

• Communicate with technicians and service advisors to ensure timely parts delivery

• Place and track orders with suppliers

• Receive, store, and organize inventory

• Maintain accurate records of inventory and transactions

• Process returns, warranties, and payments

• Keep your workspace clean, organized, and professional

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in automotive parts is highly preferred

• Familiarity with basic automotive systems and components

• Dealership experience is a plus

• Automotive certifications are a bonus

• Strong communication skills and a customer-first mindset

• Valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
