As a Cisco Software Partner Specialist with Insight, you will:

• Work closely with sales teams on active opportunities, and working cross functionally with BDMs, CSMs, finance, legal, and contracts compliance teams, both within Insight and at Cisco
• Create customer-facing agreements (CFA) for net new opportunities and renewals
• Speciale in renewals, including managing automated renewals through Totango, having upsell conversations for multi-year terms and Enterprise Agreements; tracking and reporting on renewal metrics
• Creating modification and renewal deals in CCW and customer-facing change request (CR) documents for subscription modifications
• Creating and submitting orders on Cisco platform CCW
