Your Title:  AECO Partner Program - Professional Services Manager

The position will report to the Senior Director of Partner Programs.  Anchored in a strong understanding of our Trimble Construction One offering and strategies, and a successful career in technology services delivery, this position will constantly deliver the latest technical training to our partners to support Trimble sales goals..

This position will champion the cause both inside the organization and to the marketplace, by  curating existing materials, developing partner program specific materials that will deliver best practice content through in person, live online, recorded online and written medium.  

What you will do:   

• Track and monitor, from the initial onboarding through annual recertification  for of each partners ‘service delivery team. 

• Ensure  all resources are trained to Trimble defined best practices. 

• Act as liaison to match Customer needs to our Partner ecosystem availability, providing the right resource to help drive pipeline velocity and increased revenue.

• Lead the development, field delivery and growth of our TC1 Light Certification Offerings

• Determine the content and the proper service delivery methodologies to support sales growth with new Technology.   

• Track all partner implementations, both ERP and other modules for timely completion and other key metrics.  

• Work with our PS and Customer Success colleagues to establish appropriate tracking data.

• Play a strategic role in new product launches via the development of partner support communities.

What you will bring:    

• 10+ years of Construction Industry Training and Consulting experience

• A deep understanding of Partner Programs either by managing a program or being a partner

• 10+ years of Spectrum or Vista ERP software experience/knowledge either with a partner as either/or a sales and consultant manager

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to present both inside and outside the organization

• Presentation skills that can easily move between selling, training and thought leadership

• Comfortable presenting to both small and large groups

• Self-starter, high-energy, assertive, results-oriented

• Ability to take initiative, prioritize, and manage time effectively

• High attention to detail and the ability to stay organized and track ongoing tasks

• Understand the importance of quality and prompt service to partners 

• Ability to think both strategically and execute tactically

This compensation range is based on a full time schedule.
