About the position:

As a Partner Marketing Specialist at Netskope, you will play a pivotal role in supporting Netskope’s partner marketing and program initiatives with our channel partner community. You will be responsible for executing marketing strategies, programs, and campaigns to support our partners' success and expand our presence across the globe.

Responsibilities include:

• Partner Relationship Building: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with our channel partner community while supporting the strategic direction from in-region channel marketing managers.
• Marketing Execution: Execute marketing tactics that support our partners’ go-to-market plans and align with our overall business goals.
• Campaign Execution: Execute joint marketing campaigns, promotions, and co-branded initiatives with partners to generate leads, raise brand awareness, and drive revenue.
• Event Coordination: Coordinate and support partner participation in industry events, trade shows, and conferences, ensuring a strong presence and engagement.
• Sales Enablement: Support training initiatives and drive out the use of these resources to enable our partners’ sales teams to effectively learn, tell, and sell our products and services.
• Metrics and Analysis: Monitor and measure the effectiveness of partner marketing activities, providing regular reports and analysis to optimize and improve results.
• Oversee channel merchandising, including management of stock for global incentive and gamification programs.

Job Requirements:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, proficient at establishing and nurturing effective relationships internally and externally.
• Proven ability to collaborate seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
• Quick learner with proficiency in adopting new tools; familiarity with marketing and analytical tools is advantageous, and experience with CRM systems is preferred.
• Ideally, 1-2 years of experience in roles related to partner marketing, channel marketing, or similar marketing fields, with a preference for experience in the Technology sector.
• Bonus points for a track record of successfully executing marketing campaigns, including digital and event marketing initiatives.

Education:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
