As the Partner Financial Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in the calculation, claiming, and internal reporting of all payments and credits Insight has with partner organizations. This includes operating as a conduit between Finance and various departments, including Accounts Receivables, Product Management, Marketing, Profitability, Operations, Commissions, Services, and Sales. In this high-pressure position, you will be responsible for managing and ensuring complex partner programs' financial recognition and overseeing communication between Insight and partners.

 

Key Responsibilities:  

• Advanced knowledge of MS Excel

• Experience reviewing and analyzing partner funding programs' terms and conditions.

• Identify opportunities to make operational improvements.

• Proficiency in working with large volumes of data.

• Possess General knowledge of information technology.

• Flexibility and adaptability to take on new challenges.

• Display strong business acumen.

• Ability to work efficiently with minimum supervision and adapt to changes in work requirements.

• Working knowledge of accounting practices and principles.

• Must be willing to work in excess of 40 hours, including working in rapidly changing environments and meeting deadlines.

• Experience working in a publicly held company is preferred.

 

What you need to succeed:  

• Bachelor’s Degree (Degree in Accounting/Finance preferred).

• A minimum of three years of equivalent work experience.

• Experience with analyzing and interpreting contract obligations and program terms.

• Advanced MS Excel proficiency.

• Excellent analytical expertise.

• Experience working with SAP or other ERP systems (preferred).

• Meticulous attention to detail.

• Outstanding communication skills, with the ability to correspond with individuals across all organizational levels.

• Proven ability to execute in high-pressure, deadline-driven environments.

• Ability to work on multiple projects while maintaining ongoing operational duties simultaneously.

 

The base salary range for this position is typically $65,000 to $70,000 with additional bonus and benefits available. However, compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case, including experience and location, and we will also consider candidates outside of this range as necessary.
