Your Responsibilities

 

 

As a Part-Time Student - IT Infrastructure Engineer  for Deere & Company World Headquarters located in Waterloo, IA, you will:

 

As an Infrastructure Engineer - Part-time Student, within Field Services you will:
-Help support the IT infrastructure and related items within established processes
-Perform and apply information analysis to resolve desktop and infrastructure problems
-Deliver Infrastructure Technology meeting business requirements
-Collaborate across multi-functional teams to deliver value to our customers
-Work with guidance of senior team members as needed

Long DescriptionWhat Skills You Need

 

 

-Available to work 16-20 hours/week during academic year, 30-40 hours/week during summer
-Able to commute to work location in Waterloo, IA
-Experience performing and applying critical analysis to resolve IT related issues
-Strong verbal and written communication
-Ability to work in a cohesive team environment and develop productive working relationships
-Strong organization and time management skills

 

 

What Makes You Stand Out

 

 

-Broad IT knowledge and experience (infrastructure, network, applications)
-Experience working in a manufacturing environment
-Experience in Service Now or related ticketing system
-Experience in incident, problem, or change management
-Ability to develop productive working relationships with a wide variety of teams and leaders

 

 

Education

 

 

Ideally you will have a degree or equivalent related work experience in the following:

 

-Must be registered as a full-time student at a local university
-Seeking degree in Information Systems or related discipline
