Part Time Receptionist KIA

Responsibilities:

• Answer dealership group phones
• Greet and receive prospects and customers
• Direct customers to the correct department, notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and introduce the customer to a salesperson
• Work cooperatively with the sales team
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Type memos, correspondence, reports, and other documents

 

Qualifications:

• Excellent communication skills
• Outgoing and positive demeanor
• Professional presentation

We are willing to train the right person!

 

 Evening Shifts are 4 P.M. to close (7 P.M.). This role is primarily nights with some Saturdays scheduled in throughout the month. Saturday shifts are 8 A.M.- 5 P.M.
