JOB DESCRIPTION AND POSITION REQUIREMENTS

The College of Liberal Arts is seeking to hire part-time admin support.

A short-term summer assistant is required for a joint project involving the Larson Transportation Institute, Department of Anthropology and Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering. This project will assess the validity of spatial models used by the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania for prediction of pre-Contact archaeological sites.

Duties will consist of training in the use of QGIS software followed by analysis of geospatial data, preparation of maps for inclusion in project reports and similar tasks as directed by the project leader.
