Part Time Prep Cook / Delivery Driver

Sandstone Care is hiring for a part time kitchen staff for our Teen Residential facility in Colorado Springs, CO!      Our kitchen team works collaboratively to make amazing nutritious meals for clients at our Teen Residential Treatment facility in beautiful Colorado Springs, CO.  We need someone who is passionate, reliable, and service oriented. As a member of the team you are an integral part of treatment for clients and help create a safe environment for them to get the support they need.      Your primary responsibilities will be: 

• \Meal Prep, and Cooking for 48 adolescent clients in a residential treatment setting for substance use and mental health / mood disorders. 
• Driving a 15 passenger van to transport food from the offsite kitchen to the treatment facility
• Supporting the Head Chef with projects as needed to benefit the overall success of our Kitchen Team including kitchen matinenance and cleaning. 

    SCHEDULE: Part Time | Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday  COMPENSATION: $16.00 - $18.00 Per Hour

Experience & Qualifications: 

• Ideal candidate has a minimum of 1 year of experience in food preparation / cooking
• Candidates must have a valid drivers and meet requirements to be covered by company insurance
• Prior experience or education in Mental Health is preferred 
• Candidates applying for this position should be aware that an offer in the position will be contingent upon passing a comprehensive background check encompassing criminal records and motor vehicile reports.
