This part-time spring internship offers hands-on experience across multiple Human Resources functions, including<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span><strong>Learning &amp; Development, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Experience</strong>. The intern will collaborate with these teams to support internship program development, recruiting coordination, employee engagement initiatives, and HR-related projects while gaining valuable exposure to different areas of Human Resources.<span class="Apple-converted-space">&nbsp;</span><strong>Based on performance and business needs, this internship may offer the opportunity to transition into our Summer 2027 Internship Program.</strong></p> <h3>Key Responsibilities</h3> <ul data-spread="false"> <li> <p>Assist with planning, organizing, and coordinating the Summer 2027 Internship Program, including timelines, events, orientation, and program materials.</p> </li> <li> <p>Collaborate with Learning &amp; Development, HR Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Employee Experience teams on projects and initiatives.</p> </li> <li> <p>Support internship recruiting activities, including applicant tracking, interview scheduling, candidate communications, and onboarding coordination.</p> </li> <li> <p>Help develop orientation materials, training resources, and employee engagement activities.</p> </li> <li> <p>Maintain project trackers, planning documents, and program deadlines to ensure timely completion of deliverables.</p> </li> <li> <p>Assist with coordinating meetings, events, and communication between HR teams, hiring managers, and other departments.</p> </li
