Part-Time, Fan Engagement Associate

Company Description

The Fan Engagement Associate will be responsible for engaging the club supporter groups, activating the club within the 75-mile marketing radius through college appearances, developing and activating a pub program and identifying local events in the to promote the New York Red Bulls. The position reports into the Director, Game Presentation, Entertainment and Field Marketing. 

Because of the cyclical nature of the entertainment industry, you may be asked to work varying schedules to reflect our needs (includes nights and weekends).

Job Description

RESPONSIBILITIES

• The Fan Engagement Associate will serve was the main point of contact with the New York Red Bulls Supporter Groups

• Manage Supporter Groups requests including match day credentials, Red Bull Arena cage access, requests for match day parking

• Manage Supporter Groups away requests including tickets, parking requests

• Liaison with internal key stakeholders for all Supporter Groups needs including ticketing needs and operational needs

• Ensure Supporter Groups adhere to all arena rules and regulations

• Establish relationships with local colleges to identify opportunities to identify potential supporter pipeline

• Develop and execute local pub program to help grow the New York Red Bulls fan base

Qualifications

2+ years of experience within the sports and entertainment industry

Outgoing personality

Self-starter

Sales background

Passionate about fan engagement
