LOCATION:  Green Bay
STANDARD HOURS:  Wednesday and Thursday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.; Fridays 8:00 a.m. – 4:00 p.m.
PAY RANGE: $15.00 per hour
*Salaries/Wages for all finalists (internal and external) will be based upon education, experiences, current wages, and internal equity. 

POSITION SUMMARY

Provide administrative support to the Career Services team. Perform high level of customer services to students, faculty, staff, and internal and external customers on a daily basis.   Answer inquiries over the phone, via email and in person to internal and external customers regarding Career Services resources and service offerings. Assist in providing Career Services offerings/services. Enter and maintain student data in systems and compile statistical data for reporting purposes.

Essential Functions Statement(s)

  • Perform high level of customer services to students, faculty, staff, and internal and external customers. Serve as first point of contact for students, community service representatives and college staff. Greet internal and external customers, determine nature and purpose of the visit, and provide appropriate service or referral.
  • Provide technical and administrative support for the Career Services Referrals and To Do items.  Respond to Career Services emails, texting queue, etc.
  • Provide administrative support for the Career Services team. Coordinate travel arrangements, take meeting minutes, order supplies, pay invoices/reconcile credit card statements, enter student transactions, run reports, etc.
  • Assist students/employers using the college job board, update/manage Career Services HUB page, maintain Career Services website and social media platforms.
  • Assist with creation, changes and maintenance of department master schedule.
  • Provide service to customers on career assessments, job search tools and resume reviews.
  • Assist in developing and preparing for Special Events.
  • Perform Career Closet duties that may consist of maintaining inventory, assisting visitors, and coordinating Foundation end of year report.
  • Update/create marketing and survey materials for department.
  • Provide administrative support to other Student Services departments as requested.
