We are seeking a skilled Panel Beater to join a reputable bodyshop in Yeovil. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Panel Beater looking to advance their career within a modern, well-equipped workshop. Repair and replace damaged vehicle body panels following manufacturer specifications
Dismantle and reassemble vehicle structures, chassis, and frameworks efficiently and safely
utilise appropriate tools, jigs, and fixtures to ensure precise repairs
Attend continuous training to stay updated on the latest repair techniques and technologies
Maintain high quality standards and ensure customer satisfaction with every repair
Keep the workshop and tools clean, safe, and well-maintained
Collaborate effectively with colleagues and communicate work progress or additional requirements
Support junior team members and promote a positive working environmentRequirements:

Minimum of 2 years’ experience in vehicle panel repair and replacement
Knowledge of welding, jigging, and structural repair techniques
Familiarity with modern repair technologies, including aluminium and high-strength steel
Attention to detail and a commitment to high-quality workmanship
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Understanding of health and safety regulations, COSHH, and workshop protocols
Reliable, punctual, and professionally presented
