Your work directly impacts first impressions, resident satisfaction, and overall community pride.</p> <p>In this role, you’ll manage painting projects throughout the campus, ensuring high-quality results, timely completion of work orders, and attention to detail in every space.</p> <p><strong>You will:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Perform interior and exterior painting, staining, and finishing work </li> <li>Perform scheduled painting and wallcovering in apartments and common areas</li> <li>Prepare and restore surfaces in vacant units to support move-in readiness</li> <li>Complete drywall repairs, patching, sanding, and surface preparation</li> <li>Prepare surfaces for painting (cleaning, caulking, priming, minor repairs)</li> <li>Maintain common
