Painter - Facilities

Painter at Providence Cedars-Sinai Tarzana Medical Center in Tarzana, CA. This position is Full time and will work 8-hour, Day shifts.

In addition to meeting the requirements of the General Maintenance Mechanic, this position is responsible for maintaining interior and exterior finishes of the facility including wall coverings, paints, floor coverings and ceiling finishes. The position requires the individual to perform repair and maintenance functions in patient rooms, offices, other assigned areas of the hospital as well as float to support off site Hospital owned properties.

Required Qualifications: 

• Education to meet certification, license or registration requirement.
• Upon request: Driving may be necessary as part of this role. Caregivers are required to comply with all state laws and requirements for driving. Caregivers will be expected to provide proof of driver license and auto insurance upon request. See policy for additional information. 
• Within 30 days of hire: California Fire and Life Safety Card - National Organization

Posted are the minimum and the maximum wage rates on the wage range for this position.  The successful candidate's placement on the wage range for this position will be determined based upon relevant job experience and other applicable factors. These amounts are the base pay range; additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, standby/on-call, overtime, premiums, extra shift incentives, or bonus opportunities.
