We are working on behalf of our client, a reputable automotive accident repair centre based in Neath, to recruit a dedicated Paint Sprayer. Complete all paint spraying tasks to the highest standards, ensuring customer satisfaction
Accurately interpret technical instructions and mixing schemes
Carry out repairs within estimated paint times, maintaining efficiency
Safeguard vehicles and contents during repair processes
Ensure the vehicle meets all safety and quality standards upon completion
Follow best practices and procedures for repairs
Collaborate with the Bodyshop Manager for clarification on work orders if required
Maintain a clean and safe working environment, adhering to health and safety regulationsRequirements of a Paint Sprayer:

Fully qualified Paint Sprayer to IMI/NVQ Level 3 or equivalent preferred 
Strong time-served experience as a Paint Sprayer will be considered
Hold a UK driving licence with minimal points
Demonstrate high-quality workmanship within a busy workshop environment
Be a motivated team player committed to achieving targets
