Pay Rate: £14.25 per hour
Shift: Days - Monday to Thursday 07:30 to 16:00, Friday 07:30 to 15:00

About the Role

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Wet Paint Sprayer to join the workshop team on a permanent basis.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and wet spraying metal components to a high standard, ensuring finished products meet the required quality and customer specifications.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Paint Sprayer looking for a stable day-shift position with consistent Monday-to-Friday hours.

Key Responsibilities

Wet spraying metal components and fabricated products.
Preparing surfaces prior to painting, including cleaning, masking and preparation.
Mixing and preparing paints and coatings to the required specifications.
Applying paint using spray equipment to achieve a consistent, high-quality finish.
Inspecting completed work for coverage, finish and defects.
Carrying out any necessary preparation or remedial work.
Working to production schedules and maintaining quality standards.
Cleaning and maintaining spray guns and associated equipment.
Following COSHH, health and safety and company procedures.
Maintaining a clean, tidy and safe working environment.About You

Previous experience as a Wet Paint Sprayer is essential.
Experience within an engineering, manufacturing or fabrication environment is desirable.
Confident using spray painting equipment.
Good understanding of surface preparation and paint application.
Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality work.
Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Reliable, punctual and hardworking.Apply
