Starting Rate of pay: $ 18.00/hour

 

 

Shifts Available and Hours:   Dayshift

5:50am-6pm

 

                                   

Shift Premium:               $2.00/hour extra for shift differential

 

 

Bonus:                 Monthly Profit Sharing

Job Responsibilities:

• Be able to navigate and understand AS 400system.
• Follow packaging instructions according to unique customer specifications.
• Lift and pack aluminum parts individually and with a partner.
• Use measurement tools and visual inspection to verify quality of parts.
• Finishes tasks in a timely manner to meet productivity goals.
• Work closely with Packaging team members and coordinate with other departments as needed.

Education and Experience Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• No prior experience required. Some manufacturing experience preferred.
• Basic computer application skills.
• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
