This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a P58 Project Management Office (PMO) – Communications and Change Management Project Manager, you will be responsible to:

  • Create and maintain detailed project plans for the area of Communications and Change Management
  • Facilitate fulfillment of project deliverables on time and with agreed quality, while reporting status
  • Provide guidance to the countries and transfer know-how
  • Ensure proper communication for change impacts to countries during all roll-out deployment phases
  • Supporting the key user environment in the wave countries if applicable for the respective area of responsibility
  • Support and organization of knowledge transfer sessions in alignment within Local and Global P58 Communities
  • Coordination of testing of the local design during user acceptance testing (Forms, HR interfaces and RAR)
  • Support project documentation and facilitate follow-ups with clear action items

  • Superior facilitation and presentation skills
  • Superior interpersonal skills and strong team player with interest working across zones/ borders and cultures expected
  • Experience leading change management efforts
  • Strong Project management experience
     

Required skills to have for the success of this role:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
  • 3-5 years of experience highly preferred
  • Dedicated experience with SAP and Financial Systems
  • Willing to travel up to 20%

The base pay range for this position is:

$98,140 - $134,937

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
