Position: Overnight Parking Maintenance
Shifts: Overnight
Hourly Pay: 18-20

Overnight Parking Garage Maintenance is a third shift position that will require the applicant to maintain the cleanliness of the parking facility all while managing one's in order to be efficient. Must be capable of working with minimal direct supervisor and be able to complete tasks as assigned and also communicate progress on ongoing or doled out tasks/projects.

Key Responsibilities

Overnight Parking Garage Maintenance involves minor tasks such as emptying trash receptacles, sweeping up debris/trash, making general tidiness is upkept. Some of the more involved tasks include using a pressure washer and rider scrubber to clean the parking decks; keeping the machines clean and operational. There is also an element of reporting to onsite security issued noticed involving the garage or common areas of the building.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

Prior knowledge of using a pressure washer or rider scrubber would be beneficial but not required; on the job training will be provided.
