As a Outside Sales Representative, you’ll:

Build relationships with homeowners and guide them through the insurance claims process.
Inspect roofs, siding, and gutters for storm damage, providing accurate estimates.
Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring high-quality work and satisfied customers.
Generate leads through door-to-door outreach and referrals.
Represent TEC’s commitment to excellence in every customer interaction.

What we’re looking for:

A motivated, goal-driven individual who thrives in a competitive environment.
Willingness to learn—no prior industry experience required. We provide comprehensive training!
Comfortable working outdoors and inspecting roofs (we’ll train you on everything you need to know).
A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Eligibility for incentives requires 2+ years at your current job and $70K+ annual earnings.
