OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE - FSI

We are Food Service International (FSI), a subsidiary of Uwajimaya, Inc, a wholesale distributor of Asian products in the greater Seattle area. This is an outside sales position responsible for promoting the company's products and services and for building relationships with new and existing customers. The main focus is to help FSI customers succeed while achieving sales and profit goals established by the company. Asian language proficiency is a plus.

This position may require working some non-traditional hours (evening, weekends, and holidays) to successfully meet customers' needs.

• Bilingual Korean / English 

• Knowledge of Asian products 

• Travel to visit potential customers at the restaurant. (In Washington State) 

• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets

• Proven track record of successfully managing customer relationships

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills

• Previous experience in selling or managing client relationships, business development

• Familiarity with tracking client lifecycle

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite, including frequent use of PowerPoint and Excel

• Ability to organize and prioritize client visits, along with excellent follow-up and follow-through

• Highly self-motivated

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Flexible schedule and ability to multi-tasks and prioritize.
