The Outpatient Business Analyst, a core member of the Networked Care Organization, will support the Outpatient Development Architects in the analysis, strategy, and modelling to support the creation of new outpatient care facilities. Working directly with both internal and external customers, this individual will leverage their analytical and project management skills to support the delivery of a customized solution that meets the clinical, operational, and financial needs of the practice being developed.
- Working with Outpatient Development Architects on assigned projects to see projects through to completion
- Act as an enabler to facilitate practice development discussions
- Prepare market analysis, prepare market briefs, review and prepare Proforma models with customers
- Strategically analyze market data to develop a story that fits within customer and account executives border vision.
- Align internal partners in support of overall project plan – keeping AEs up to date with thorough follow ups.
- Drive project plans and project timelines - coordinate selected projects to completion
- Act as the internal subject matter for available data sources, market resources, and seek out market insights and trends.
- Stay current on all market trends to identify opportunities and potential market disruptors
- Manage internal project lists and reporting needs related to Outpatient Practice Development activities
- Drives the evolution of tools and offerings in order to support the site development process.
- Partner with customers to identify and address operational barriers to improved operations

- You have outstanding communications skills able to work effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to uncover needs and provide solutions.
- Strong analytical skills including experience working across various sources of healthcare data including population health information (Definitive Healthcare, SG2, Claims Data, etc.)
- You have a proven track record in analyzing and communicating data to a broad range of stakeholders with different levels of knowledge/background
- High level of collaboration and ability to align multiple stakeholders towards a common objective
- You have excellent PC skills (MS Tool Suite incl. PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook, Teams, PowerBI, …)
- Ability to effectively execute time management skills for handling project timelines and/or multiple projects
- BS/BA in related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience
