We operate from multiple warehouses which distribute Accessories to our exclusive markets throughout our market areas.

About the role

The Outbound Sales Representative for SWAG will work on site in Haltom City to contact assigned dealerships to communicate promotions, programs, operational updates to drive sales, develop customer relationships, and achieve revenue targets. This role involves implementing strategies to optimize sales performance and ensuring exceptional customer service. Additionally, this position accepts inbound calls to process orders and customer service to dealerships. Approximately 10% travel in the field for dealership training and visits with Regional Managers.  The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, display strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.

What you'll do

• The outbound Sales Account Manager works closely with dealership personnel to train, advise and support the sales of Accessories.
• Territories are assigned monthly sales objectives tied to individual dealership objectives.
• Performance is based on exceeding 100% of the assigned territory sales objective and market team objective.
• Consult with dealership managers/executives to improve Accessories sales processes and dealer profitability opportunities.
• Develop customized Accessories displays, point-of-sale material, and incentive programs to support the sale of Accessories within each assigned dealership.
• Create engagement by training dealership personnel in Accessories selling processes, including sales staff, parts departments, service departments and body shops.

Qualifications

The position is open to college graduates, candidates with automotive experience or equivalent customer service experience.

Compensation

The pay structure of this role is a combination of salary and commission.
