We are looking for a motivated, experienced, and result-driven Outbound Manager to lead operations for our Hodgkins Distribution center on our first shift, 5:00 AM-2:30 PM, required. This leadership role is responsible for all outbound functions, including picking, automation, kitting, order close, audit and inspection, and shipping. You'll play a critical part in ensuring that our outbound workflow runs efficiently, accurately, and safely, delivering excellence to our customers every day.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily outbound operations, including picking, automation, kitting, order close, audit, inspection, and shipping
• Ensure outbound orders are processed accurately and on time to meet customer expectations
• Supervise, coach, and develop a high-performing team
• Monitor workflow and labor utilization to drive efficiency and productivity
• Perform audits and inspections to ensure process compliance and quality standards
• Collaborate with planning, inventory, inbound, and customer service teams
• Promote and enforce safety practices and compliance with company policies
• Identify and implement process improvements and cost-saving initiatives
• Address performance issues promptly through coaching and corrective action

Requirements

• 3+  years of experience in warehouse or distribution center management, with a focus on outbound operations.
• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain Management or equivalent
• Adaptable and flexible with the ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced, ever-growing environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills with a proven track record of building positive relationships, influencing others, and collaborating cross-functionally
• Strong understanding of warehouse processes and systems
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Flexibility to work beyond standard hours during peak times as needed
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.

Compensation:

The pay range for this position is $85,000 - $100,000 per year, representing the potential compensation at the time of posting. Placement within this range will depend on various factors, including but not limited to relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, performance, and business needs.
