Originating Internal Sales Manager

AnnieMac Home Mortgage is looking to hire a Full Time Sales Manager to supervise and assist Sales Staff. Candidates should have experience directly or indirectly related to the Mortgage Industry. Under the direct supervision of the Branch Manager, the job responsibilities of the Sales Manager position include, but are not limited, to the following:

• Recruit and hire Loan Originators for the branch and motivate staff to achieve maximum production levels.
• Train and oversee Loan Originators relative to proper sales techniques and standards, with appropriate follow-through.
• Establish and maintain client referral relationships with Realtors, builders and developers and make sales calls on potential or existing customers to develop new business or retain existing business.
• Monitor quality of loans originated by Loan Originators and ensure they are within company policy guidelines.
• Monitor Loan Originator compensation plans and keep them in balance with production.
• Maintain a professional image and standards consistent with company policies and procedures.

• Must hold a Mortgage Loan Originator license in state(s) applicable to the branch.
• Must have a thorough knowledge of pricing and underwriting requirements of various mortgage insurance companies.
• Must have a working knowledge of credit underwriting and property eligibility requirements for FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, VA, local bonding programs and private investors.
• Must be familiar with local, state and national laws (e.g. zoning ordinances, Truth-in Lending, RESPA, energy audit requirements, etc.).
• Must have excellent communication skills and the ability to analyze financial information.
• Must be a sales-oriented self-starter.
