 What you Will Do:

  • The Order to Cash Manager performs moderately complex data entry into several business systems, including Oracle, ensuring accurate and expeditious processes are met in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • This position will also fulfill the position of lead role over the office administrator.  
  • Coordinate product shipments for domestic and international shipments
  • Enter orders in Oracle, including Booking, Release, Shipping and Invoices
  • Coordinate and setup clients
  • Collection management
  • Lead function for Office Coordinator
  • Back up for Field Service Orders, including order entry, invoices, field service revenue management, and collection management
  • Answer questions and provides information about services
  • Oversee electronic invoicing process and procedures, troubleshoot problems, and ensure accurate invoices are provided to our customers
  • Support process improvement initiatives by creating documentation and training materials for some of our Order and Invoice processing procedures
  • Handles general accounts receivable functions, as assigned
  • Provide support and leadership to team members
  • May train others on invoicing processes and procedures
  • Effectively working in conjunction with other departments to ensure quality and delivery meet or exceed customer expectations
  • Maintain confidentiality of all matters
  • Other duties as assigned

 Minimum Qualifications:

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of administrative and data entry work experience
  • Two years Oracle system experience
  • Previous Lead role in office environment
  • Good oral and written communication skills
  • Good math skills
  • Good analytical and critical thinking skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Reliable and dependable
  • Read, write and speak English fluently
  • Must be able to work independently and possess a high level of self-motivation

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Associate degree in business or related field or equivalent education and/or experience

 Physical Demands:

  • Role is deemed safety sensitive and may be subject to employer or customer drug testing
  • Employee is regularly required to talk or hear
  • Employee is frequently required to sit with minimal standing, bending, and lifting
  • Employee is frequently required to use hands and fingers to pick, feel, and/or inspect material. The employee will also reach with arms and hands as needed
