Oracle Technical Developer

We are seeking a skilled Oracle Technical Developer to support the development, customization, and maintenance of Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) and other Oracle-based applications. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with functional teams, business stakeholders, and other developers to deliver high-quality technical solutions that align with business needs. 

 

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy Oracle EBS RICEW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows)

• Develop robust PL/SQL packages, procedures, and functions for custom business logic

• Customize and extend Oracle Applications using Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, and OAF/ADF 

• Integrate Oracle EBS with third-party systems via APIs, web services, and data exchange tools

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues efficiently and accurately

• Participate in code reviews and maintain thorough technical documentation

• Support patching, upgrades, and ongoing maintenance of the Oracle EBS environment

• Work with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions

• Ensure all development activities comply with SOX and internal security policies

 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)

• 10+ years of experience working with Oracle Applications in technical development, implementation, systems integration, or solution architecture roles

• Deep expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (R12 or later), with a strong focus on Financials, Procurement, Supply Chain Management (SCM), and CRM modules

• Proficient in Oracle development technologies including PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports, Workflow Builder, and SOA Composite Services

• Hands-on experience with Oracle APIs, data migration, and custom integration tools

• Familiarity with Oracle Application Framework (OAF) or Application Development Framework (ADF) is a plus

• Skilled in building interfaces and integrations using Web Services (REST/SOAP), Java connectors, and third-party systems

• Strong understanding of Oracle Applications best practices, and experience designing and implementing business solutions

• Demonstrated experience in system analysis, requirements gathering, test planning, and technical documentation

• Exposure to Java-based development
