You are:  

• The Oracle HCM Cloud Functional SME will work with project teams and client stakeholders to implement solutions using Oracle HCM Cloud configurations.
• The resource must have hands-on functional experience with one or more of the following Oracle HCM Cloud modules: Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, Compensation, Time & Labor
• This will include, but is not limited to, workshop facilitation, deliverable generation, application configuration, comprehensive testing to achieve successful testing, business process best practice advice, deployment planning, deployment execution, and post go-live support. 
• Configure HCM tables and business rules.

 

Here’s what you need:

• Oracle HCM Cloud business process knowledge
• Oracle HCM Cloud configuration experience
• Experience with Oracle HCM Cloud testing
• Strong functional experience

 

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Maryland, New York, Washington, and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set and level of experience.
