Requirements

We are seeking experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Consultants across multiple modules who possess deep expertise in end-to-end implementation, configuration, and client engagement. The ideal candidates will have strong functional and business process knowledge within Oracle Cloud HCM, covering the complete Hire-to-Retire cycle.

• Talent Management Lead / Recruiting Functional Lead

• Security Functional Consultant
• Core HR and Reporting

Requirements

• 6–10 years of total experience with at least 5 full-cycle implementations (minimum 2 in Oracle HCM Cloud).
• In-depth understanding of HCM business processes and data flow.
• Expertise across multiple HCM modules
• Experience working on SaaS Cloud extensions and integration touchpoints.
• Hands-on with HDL, HSDL, OTBI, Fast Formulas, FSM, and Functional Design Documents (FDDs).
