Oracle EBS Configuration Specialist - Junior

Primary Location: Quantico, VA

Job Summary

We are seeking a Junior Oracle EBS Configuration Specialist to support configuration and sustainment of Oracle ERP modules for the U.S. Marine Corps. This role involves implementing configuration changes, documenting updates, and supporting testing and validation efforts within the GCSS-MC environment. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, eager to learn, and have foundational knowledge of Oracle EBS and ERP systems.

Specific Responsibilities

• Assist in configuring Oracle EBS modules and maintaining RICECPW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Configurations, Personalization, Workflows)
• Support Agile sprint planning, backlog grooming, and user story development
• Document configuration changes and maintain traceability
• Participate in testing activities including regression and functional testing
• Collaborate with developers, analysts, and system engineers to ensure configuration integrity
• Support interface configuration and data validation for external systems
• Assist in maintaining configuration baselines and supporting integration activities
• Support system change requests (SCRs) and configuration management processes

Requirements

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field
• 0–3 years of experience with Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
• Familiarity with Oracle EBS RICECPW components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Configurations, Personalizations, Workflows)
• Understanding of ERP configuration principles and Oracle EBS module setup
• Ability to follow Agile and ITIL-aligned processes for configuration and change management
• Active DoD Secret Clearance or the ability to obtain one

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Oracle EBS 12.2 or higher
• Exposure to Oracle Application Framework (OAF), Oracle Forms, or Workflow Builder
• Familiarity with Agile ceremonies and DevSecOps pipelines
• Knowledge of Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI), Oracle Grid Infrastructure, and Real Application Clustering (RAC)
• Understanding of STIG compliance and DoD cybersecurity standards
• Experience with Oracle Logistics Modules
• Familiarity with GCSS-MC environment or similar DoD ERP systems
• Physical Requirements and Work Environment
• Hybrid work environment at Quantico, VA site
• Standard office environment with occasional collaboration sessions and system testing activities
