Oracle Cloud Technical Integration Lead

Job Overview & Responsibilities

We are looking for a talented Oracle Cloud Technical Integration Lead to join our rapidly expanding Cloud practice. In this role, you will work closely with both functional teams and clients to define and implement technical solutions for Oracle Cloud applications. You will lead technical design and development efforts, oversee seamless integration with legacy and third-party applications, and validate technical components throughout the deployment phases. You will also manage the technical aspects of interfaces, conversions, reports, and extensions while leveraging your expertise in cloud infrastructure to ensure robust and scalable solutions.

 

As an Oracle Cloud Technical Integration Lead you will:

• Collaborate with diverse teams to analyze business requirements and integrate multiple applications effectively.
• Partner with clients to finalize the key design aspects encompassing middle-ware and other key tenets of Interfaces (with legacy and 3rd party applications) and other development efforts.
• Understand the cloud architecture and design for leading the overall technical development.
• Work with team on technical issues and provide support for development tasks.
• Take charge of technical design and development for all components.
• Provide validation of technical design.
• Finalize Strategy for Interfaces, Conversions, Reports and Extensions.
• Confirm unit testing of reports, interfaces, data conversion and extensions (workflow, triggers, forms, etc.).
• Support solution validation in the phases of SIT, UAT and Go Live.
• Has a strong understanding of cloud (SaaS/PaaS) infrastructure and ability to install all the components including the ability to establish connectivity to the components.
• Has capability to provision all aspects of the PaaS offerings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and/or equivalent experience required.
• Must be a US Citizen or Greencard holder
• Must have a minimum of 10 years of work experience.
• Ability to travel nationwide, up to 25%.
• Public sector experience preferred.

Additional Qualifications:

• Effective communication skills to understand conversion process, overall Oracle conversion skills.
• PeopleSoft technical experience since the source system for the data conversion is from PeopleSoft and Oracle database custom applications.
• Technical implementation knowledge and hands-on experience of Oracle Cloud HCM, Finance and SCM modules
• SDLC development cycle, code repository, code control and change control process.
• Consulting experience.
• Effective written and verbal communication with strong presentation experience.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a project team.
• Deep working knowledge and hands-on experience in OIC Gen2/Gen3
• Strong OIC components skills for integration data mapping, transformation between various formats, structures are essential.
• BPEL, Error / Exception handling, OIC adaptors, Callback, ATP based integration development and designing extension using VBCS and BPA, workflow.
• Develop OIC security design to manage the encryption keys.
• OIC integrations method (Flat file, SOAP, Rest API, Webservices, JSON)
• Able to configure BICC to extract data from SaaS.
• Third party integrations (Peoplesoft, external applications, boomerang) skills
• Experience in building integration with EPM application

Certification Required:

• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) certification required.
• Oracle SaaS technical implementation (application developer / implementor) certification
• PL-SQL expert level
