About The Role
As a member of the Retirement Services Escalations and Advisor Support team, you will be helping clients and advisors with various financial services that impact their accounts. You will be responsible for assisting with inquiries and escalations from the Client Care Center and our Financial Advisors. You will work directly with our internal partners to resolve inquiries quickly and thoroughly.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with internal and external customers and other departments, researching all approaches to meet client needs.
- Use positive customer relations skills to communicate accurately, clearly detailed and professionally.
- Liaison with Processing Teams, Client Care Center, Financial Advisors, and Relationship Managers.
- Evaluate and resolve escalated and high priority cases using research skills and alternative approaches.
Skills and Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience on a Retirement Services processing team or in the Client Care Center.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Must be able to display strong letter writing and email etiquette when communicating internally and externally.
- Extraordinary attention to detail, accuracy, and quality.
- VSystem, AWD, Agilenet, SAP, Lotus Notes databases experience
- Proven problem solving skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to prioritize and manage caseload.
Work Location
This position is based in Corebridge Financial’s [Houston, TX; Amarillo, TX] office and is subject to our hybrid working policy, which gives colleagues the benefits of working both in an office and remotely.
