Title:

Opposing Force Team Member

The Opposing Force Team Member shall be responsible for providing, assisting, and enabling Opposing Forces and role player support of Ground and Air Forces during tactical exercises.

• Assist the OPFOR section with planning, coordination, briefing and execution of support for ground and air exercises.
• Coordinates with internal and external agencies to identify and coordinate OPFOR support requirements.
• Develop exercises and products as needed.
• Assist in conducting pre-execution checks and inspections.
• Integrate and direct OPFOR during mission operations.
• Conduct mission briefs and lead role players.
• Act as an OC ensuring safe execution of operations and enforce rules of engagement.
• Support and coordinate with Exercise Support Team functions.
• Dispatch and perform operator level maintenance on assigned vehicles.
• Develop and brief After Action Reviews if requested by client and customer.
• Must be able to work different shifts as required and be able to travel as needed. Must be able to move safely, be to sit, stand, squat, walk, and talk for extended periods of time.
• Candidate will be exposed to extreme weather conditions (heat, cold, and rain), and will be subject to loud noises, fumes, and dust.

Director:

• High School Diploma.
• 4 years minimum experience in U.S. Army Infantry or Armor background.
• Texas Drivers License as per contract.
• Microsoft Office Suite Experience.
