Operator I - MicroCoil (Trimming)

Overview

This position is responsible for the Cut and Trimming of Micro-coils, which requires inspecting and measuring medical device components using both manual labor and Microscopes. The offering position requires the candidate the ability to sit and stand for periods of time, the ability to read and understand work instructions and complete necessary documentation as instructed.

Responsibilities

• Cut/Trim parts using scissors and cutting equipment
• Follow work instructions
• Read/Fill out Router’s steps and Identification labels
• Set-up and adjust equipment to specifications
• Demonstrate good housekeeping skills
• Adhere to safety guidelines
• Be aware of the department’s quality goals and workmanship

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent. 
• Microscope skills experience a plus
• The understanding of tolerance and measuring gauges/rulers
• Basic computer skills.  
• Able to read and write in English

Compensation

The compensation for this role is competitive and will be based on experience and qualifications. The anticipated range is $17.00 - $18.50/hour.
