OPERATOR I – (CLEANER) - Headland, AL
Golden Peanut and Tree Nuts
This is a full time, hourly position

Job Requirements:
To be considered for an opportunity, candidates must meet the following criteria:

• Commitment to ADM's goal of achieving a zero injury culture
• Full compliance with all Employee Safety and Food Safety laws, regulations and rules of Golden Peanut Company and ADM
• Work rotating shift of 8, 10 or 12 hours including weekends, holidays and overtime as needed
• Exhibit regular and prompt attendance
• Maintain attendance record in accordance with company policy
• Able to meet physical requirements of the position including, but not limited to: prolonged periods of standing, working at various heights, bending, kneeling, climbing ladders, working in a variety of conditions (hot, cold, etc.)
• Ability to lift 50 pounds
• High School graduate or equivalent preferred

 Job Responsibilities:

• Previous experience in a food processing facility preferred
• Understanding of manufacturing flow processes, controls and procedures
• Working knowledge of machinery and troubleshooting abilities preferred
• Maintains good communication with all plant personnel (other shifts, departments and managers)
• Maintains production rates
• Maintains good housekeeping and completes sanitation duties and paperwork as required
• Conducts daily inspections, reporting any problems noted
• Continuously monitors and cleans equipment for optimal performance and quality
• Any other duties assigned by Supervisor

Base pay offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors, including market location, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Hourly and salaried non-exempt employees will also be paid overtime pay when working qualifying overtime hours.

If hired, employees will be in an “at-will position” and the Company reserves the right to modify base pay (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

The pay for this position is expected to be:

$17.27hr + $1.50 shift differential
