Operator Filling

General Responsibilities :

1. Manage and oversee the supply of raw materials (olein), packaging materials, and other supplementary materials to ensure the smooth execution of the production process, in accordance with Work Instructions (WI) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

2. Carry out oil transfer, product filling, and packaging processes in accordance with defined quantity and quality standards, and promptly report any discrepancies or material damage.

3. Perform machine preparation, operation, and routine maintenance to ensure stable machine performance, and report any abnormalities in machine function or the production process.

4. Participate in commissioning and trial activities as per the scheduled timeline, scope, and assigned responsibilities.

5. Accurately record production activities in alignment with the defined roles and scope of work.

6. Adhere to the company’s code of ethics and implement the applicable quality management systems and standards, including ISO 9001:2000, ISO 22000:2005, 5R1SQU, HACCP, Halal, and sustainability systems such as ISCC, RSPO, HVO, SMK3, SMART D_Safe, and OHSAS 18001.
