Salary Range: $70,000 + Bonus

Position Summary

Lead, optimize, and make an impact as our next Operations Supervisor! You’ll oversee daily warehouse and test-production operations, ensuring smooth inbound material flow, accurate inventory, and a highly productive team. In this role, you’ll support the testing and diagnostic evaluation of incoming assets for refurbishment, driving efficiency and maintaining the highest operational standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily inbound workflow and coordinate the movement of materials into the test-production area.

  • Supervise the diagnostic testing process for incoming assets to support refurbishment cycles.

  • Ensure accurate receiving, documentation, and tracking of materials and equipment.

  • Maintain effective warehouse organization, inventory control, and utilization of equipment.

  • Prepare and manage shipping/receiving schedules to maintain consistent material flow.

  • Monitor productivity, quality, and accuracy across all inbound and testing functions.

  • Serve as the backup to the Closing Manager, ensuring all end-of-day processes are completed.

  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Resolve escalated warehouse or testing workflow issues in a timely manner.

  • Ensure compliance with safety, operational, and quality standards.

Leadership Responsibilities

  • Supervise a team of 20 direct reports within high-volume warehouse and test-production operations.

  • Set daily expectations, assign tasks, and monitor performance to meet operational goals.

  • Train, coach, and develop team members to ensure productivity and skill growth.

  • Ensure all employees adhere to SOPs, company policies, and safety regulations.

  • Support cross-functional collaboration with Quality, Refurbishment, and Logistics teams.

What You Bring to the Role

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.

  • 2+ years of supervisory experience in warehouse, logistics, or distribution operations.

  • 5+ years of functional warehouse or supply chain experience preferred.

  • Strong working knowledge of inbound operations, testing workflows, and material handling.

  • Ability to supervise high-volume operations and lead a team of 20 employees.

  • Problem-solving skills with the ability to support moderately complex operational challenges.

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to motivate, coach, and develop a diverse team.

  • Detail-oriented mindset in a fast-paced, high-transaction environment.

The typical base pay range for this role across the U.S. is USD $63,100.00 - $101,000.00 per year.

The ranges above reflect the potential annual base pay across the U.S. for all roles; the applicable base pay range will depend on the candidate’s primary work location, pay grade, and variable compensation plan. Individual base pay within each range depends on various factors, in addition to primary work location, such as complexity and responsibility of role, job duties/requirements, and relevant experience and skills. Base pay ranges are reviewed and typically updated each year. Offers are made within the base pay range applicable at the time of hire. New hires starting base pay generally falls in the bottom half (between the minimum and midpoint) of a pay range.
