Zillow’s New Construction business is building the largest and most vibrant platform for new construction builders and home shoppers. The New Construction Sales Operations Team is the go-to strategic partner for the teams working on this mission, helping the business to operate as efficiently, effectively and insightfully as possible. Zillow is looking for an Operations Specialist - Sales Technology to oversee and optimize the main sales tools and applications that are used by the frontline sales professional teams on a daily basis. This role will be responsible for overseeing the support, administration, optimization, and utilization of our sales tools. About the role

In this role, you will play an integral part in our mission as we scale and grow the New Construction business. You will have a direct hand in the success of our sales organization by driving efficiencies and creating opportunities through the effective utilization of our sales technology and tools. By implementing standard methodologies, performing system administration, providing training and support, and proactively making recommendations for sales technology improvements, you will enable our sales and client experience teams to operate at their highest potential. Your expertise in sales enablement technologies will enable you to introduce innovative solutions that enhance our sales team's efficiency, productivity, and overall performance. You will also be actively involved in the daily operational aspects of managing and maintaining the sales tools and systems. This will require your attention to detail and organizational skills as you implement, configure, and troubleshoot various sales enablement technologies.

As the Operations Specialist - Sales Technology, you will get to:

  • Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs to educate the sales and client experience team on tool usage, best practices, and new features.
  • Create and maintain up-to-date documentation, user guides, FAQs, and standard operating procedures for all supported sales tools.
  • Perform system administration and manage the new user provisioning process, ensuring timely setup and access to the sales tools for new team members. Includes user account creation and permissions assignment.
  • Monitor and analyze tool usage metrics to identify trends, areas of improvement, and opportunities for efficiency. Report findings to sales and client experience leaders.
  • Collaborate with partners to ensure data accuracy, system integrity, and seamless data flow between tools.
  • Build and maintain content repository libraries, organizing and categorizing sales collateral, presentations, case studies, and other relevant assets for easy access and utilization by the sales and client experience team.
  • Develop and document CRM sales standard processes, including guidelines for data entry, lead management, opportunity tracking, and sales process workflows
  • Collect user feedback on the sales tools, actively seeking input from the sales team on their experiences, difficulties, and suggestions for improvement.
  • Proactively identify areas for tool improvement and work with development teams to implement enhancements that align with sales and client experience team needs.
  • Provide ongoing support for tool-related issues, serving as the main point of contact for the sales and client experience team.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies and contribute by recommending new tools or features that can benefit the sales and client experience team.
  • Use several sales enablement technologies; including Salesforce, Highspot, Salesloft/Outreach, and Gong

Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.

In California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington the standard base pay range for this role is $89,300.00 - $142,700.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to California, Colorado, Connecticut, Hawaii, Nevada, New York and Washington and may not be applicable to other locations.
