Duties and Responsibilities
This position is responsible for supervising the front-line customer service personnel within an assigned office or work unit. Duties include scheduling member work assignments, ensuring proper service levels to our customers, and managing the community outreach operations of the FLOWmobiles in the assigned areas.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Ability to oversee revenue management, monitor inventories, equipment and maintenance of the office.
- Ability to lead, delegate, motivate and supervise staff.
- Ability to plan, coordinate and direct community events.
- Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and in writing.
- Ability to understand and apply laws, policies and procedures.
- Ability to prepare reports and correspondence.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
- Ability to deal with the public in a tactful and courteous manner while using strong customer service skills.
- Ability to utilize problem solving techniques.
- Ability to establish effective working relationships with others.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to analyze material from various performance measuring tools.
- Knowledge of personal computers, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of state and federal laws related to Motorist Services
- Skill in planning, organizing and coordinating work assignments.
- Skill in driving an automobile.
- Ability to get in and out of low vehicles and high trucks/sport utility vehicles without assistance.
- Ability to assume operation of and/or immediately exit vehicle in an emergency situation
