Purpose of the role:
The Operations Process Manager includes Verisk partner liaison and process management responsibilities and plays a crucial role in safeguarding the organization's digital assets and ensuring the efficient functioning of technical operations services. As the primary point of contact for external partner process coordination, the role encompasses overseeing key functions including Process Management for the following services: Major Incident Management, Problem Management, Knowledge Management, and Vulnerability Management. The position involves strategic planning, risk assessment, and active collaboration with various teams to streamline and enhance technical operations for these services. With a strong emphasis on integrating automation, the incumbent is responsible for optimizing security postures and operational efficiency across all facets of the organization's IT "operations” landscape.
Primary goals to be assured:
- Enhance the capability and overall reputation of the IS&T team, group, and division by offering exceptional customer service and technical ability to both internal and external customers.
- Successfully promote a continuous improvement mindset within operations, engineering, and development groups, that results in measurable efficiency, cost, and process improvement.
- Ensure the sustained performance and reliability of IT Operations and delivering services to the business by effectively executing tasks related to Process Management, including Major Incident Management, Problem Management, Knowledge Management, and Vulnerability Management within agreed-upon service levels. Utilize the Ensono Process Liaison role to facilitate seamless communication and coordination, contributing to the overall optimization of the organization's technical operations.
Specific responsibilities:
- Collaborate with stakeholders to build, manage, and support technical solutions.
- Motivate and encourage team members to provide their best work, especially when pressure is high.
- Build and maintain knowledge of new technologies that provide value to the organization. Take action to introduce the technologies through documentation, training, recommendations, or proof of concepts.
- Manage the development and execution of technical projects with an emphasis on completing projects on-time and within the established budget.
- Manage divisional budgets and timelines in support of the overall department responsibilities and business goals.
- Play a key role in defining division and team vision, goals, strategies, and objectives.
- Direct and contribute to the development of action plans that present challenging but realistic deadlines.
- Provide technical leadership across the division with an emphasis on helping to remove obstacles for the team to achieve desired results.

Qualifications
- Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships at all levels of the organization
