About the role

Duties & Responsibilities

The Operations Process Analyst role will create, update, and organize process improvement and risk mitigation projects.  This role will assist productivity and/or effectiveness of operations teams, as well as risk mitigation, through implementation of automation and/or risk mitigation strategies. Accountable for a range of tactical and strategic responsibilities including automate metric reporting, automating processes, assist with training on new processes, and analytics. Studies organizational processes and operations to develop quality and efficiency improvements while seeking to mitigate risk.

Specific duties include:

  • Partner with operations teams to learn and implement automation and process improvements designed to increase efficiencies and reduce risk.
  • Gathers data for key performance indicators for functions being reviewed, evaluates current state, and proposes future state goals and objectives.
  • Provide ongoing analysis of operations risk, performance, identify efficiency opportunities, apply proper hypothesis testing, and make insightful recommendations.
  • Standardize reporting and create dashboards with emphasis on efficiency, effectiveness, and business impact. Deliver ongoing operational key performance metrics; create automated and ad-hoc custom reports to analyze productivity.
  • Utilize Business Transformation tools (RPA, OCR, Workflow etc.) to identify opportunities and solutions.
  • Identify optimization solutions to business problems, including process and technology-based solutions, and enabling measurable, sustainable change.
  • Develop strategic partnerships with business partners to understand business requirements, operational capabilities, products/services, customer experience and ongoing business performance.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Knowledge & Skills

MINIMUM:

  • Demonstrates excellent analytical and quantitative skills; able to generate insights from data and translate into actionable changes
  • Team player with a strong work ethic

  • Willingness to lead, listen, provide insight and direction on process improvement initiatives

Influencing, change management skills

Requirements

MINIMUM:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Four (4) plus years processing analysis & modeling experience
  • Any combination of education, skills and experience that will provide an equivalent background.

PREFERRED:

  • 2+ years of financial services industry experience
  • Knowledge of workflow technology
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform (Apps, Query, BI, Automate)
  • Knowledge of Tableau and/or SQL
  • Experience with RPA, VBA, Workflow, and Macros

Hybrid Schedule: Monday through Thursday in office / Friday remote

Compensation Range:

$57,760.00 - $124,170.00
