In the U.S., our footprint includes 3 sites on the East Coast and 2 in Los Angeles, with exciting plans for expansion in Santa Monica and Century City. About the Role: Operations Manager 

As an Operations Manager with Ultimate Performance, you'll be immersed in our unique gym operations and client management strategies. Your role is pivotal — not in managing personal trainers directly but in working closely with our local, regional, and global leadership to streamline operations and create a seamless experience for clients and staff alike.
