QC Conveyors is searching for a seasoned Operations Manager responsible for the effective and successful management of labor, productivity, quality control, 5S, and safety measures as established and set for the Operations Department.

POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES include the following, other duties as assigned.

• Lead, motivate, and support a large team within a time-sensitive and demanding environment, including career development plans for direct reports and problem resolution.
• Analyze, improve, and implement organizational process and workflow, employee and space requirements, and equipment layout.
• Maintain safe and healthy work environments by establishing, following, and enforcing standards and procedures, complying with Duravant and legal regulations.
• Own the inventory control process and work to ensure alignment and accuracy between physical inventory and ERP system. Collaborate with the Purchasing manager on materials planning to meet company objectives.
• Identify and monitor production KPIs.
• Communicate customer issues with operations team and devise ways of improving the customer experience, including resolving problems and complaints.
• Daily visual management: Oversee production metrics, reporting, quality, and inventory management for continuous improvement.
• Work closely with VP/GM and management team to set and/or implement policies, procedures, and systems and to follow through with implementation.
• Establish contracts and pricing and ensuring proper maintenance and serving as primary liaison with utilities and local government agencies, such as fire, police, health, and safety agencies.
• Develop, lead, and oversee production, shipping/receiving, and quality.
